3D Character and Environment Design for Animation
In the past we learnt on how to make 3D objects and environments, this semester we are going to add on to that knowledge to create a 3D character and environment for animation.
Over the centuries animation has seen a very massive development, from two dimensional character to three dimensional characters to the extent that some look as real as reality itself.
Three dimensional means being able to view all sides of an object. Animation these days try as much as possible not to give us flat characters, this makes the animation more interesting and is a very creative approach and improvement in this field.
This semester we are going to work on our own animation projects in 3D, we would be putting to use software such as blender, maya and other animation software as well as three dimensional modeling software.
This should be fun and to an extent a bit stressful considering its going to be a short semester and work has to be delivered by the set time.
