Conclusion
This module was one of creativity. For me it served as a relaxing means to help me create and refresh my mind and ideas for other modules for the semester.
This module showed the importance of up cycling and that there is nothing useless as designers we should find new ways of minimizing waste and pollution around us and up cycling is indeed one way to go about it.

Creative Thinking for Designers
Progress
Despite the limitation especially in the area of finding a good enough adhesive, progress was not static.
The end result was amazing and interesting.

Creative Thinking for Designers
Ideas
At the start of the semester we were instructed to come up with some creative ideas which entailed using recyclable materials.
A couple of ideas came to mind. However we had to pick a focus for our work so we could experiment on.
The material I chose to focus on was lighting hence I took out experiments on regular sized light bulbs. These experiments were to test how they react to heat and how they can affect other materials.
I found out that under strong heat they explode and when heated up could burn materials like paper and melt others such as plastic. Also they are very fragile and can easily break.
These experiments influenced my decision on the kind of project to work on.
