Interactive Design for Web Technology

Trip

This town was once known as Abu Hassan. Its indigenous people are believed to be Malays from Pantai Seremban. The British were drawn to this place because of the abundance of tin found here, leading to the name many tin which later became Mantin due to the inability of the people of this town to pronouncing the name right.
It is also believed that a Chinese businessman started a mining company in this town hence the name mine tin which later became Mantin.
It is also recorded that this place was once the settlement of a Chinese secret society leader with his family and some followers who have populated this area from generation to generation.

As a group students and lecturers took a trip into Mantin town. This trip was to help students observe the systems such as food clothen transport anf general life style of Mantin.
We also learnt the history of the town and were able to explore take pictures and get to interact with the peple of the town.
After three hours we all went to SUHU art studio to share what we had also some tutors gave us ways of using creative processes for our work. This was very insightful.
This trip with regards to this nodule would help me gather enough content for what to putvin my website and also help me find a subject matter or theme to focus on when making my wrbsite.

The following images were taken during our trip to Mantin. For this module I tried to focus more on texture than objects. This is because it would easily give the audience a sense of feel of the Mantin town. Another reason why I focused on texture is because these textures could serve as good design patterns for my website layout.
I also focused on significant things such as food, transport and telecommunication. These systems would help me build a theme or central idea on which I can base my website on.                                                                                                                                                                                                         https://mantintown.wordpress.com/history-of-mantin/                                                                             https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantin
