Resources are the materials and expertise needed to start up a business. There four main resources and they are going to be elaborated on.
Finance ; this refers to start up cash or income or money which is used to help a business start up. It is often used to purchase materials, rent space and pay initial bills.
Human ; these are expertise needed for the business. This set of resource is often hired by business owner and offer special skills which are useful to the growth of the business.
Material ; this set of resources are acquired or purchased. They are include all equipments needed in by the business.
Time ; this is the most important resource because time lost can not be regained. It is therefor a necessity that this resource is well managed. As a business owner I should be able to make sure that work is done on time and the growth of my business is not delayed in any way.
This task has made me know the importance of resources especially time since time waits for no man.
